Via Harvard Declares Dairy NOT Part of a Healthy Diet

What, dairy NOT healthy?  No need to tell this lactose intolerant vegan!  Feeling nauseous at night?  Can’t loose those extra pounds?  Lacking energy?  Always having sinus problems?  Then you might be allergic to dairy.  I know, giving up cheese is hard, but these days there are some awesome vegan alternatives to some of your most beloved foods.  My favorite brands are Follow Your Heart and Daiya.
Not ready to give up the diary yet?  Make little steps first and slowly integrate alternatives into your diet.
